Dr. Sakamoto completed a fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at Mount Sinai in New York City, with prior Orthopaedic Surgery training at UMDNJ (now called Rutgers) in Newark, NJ. She received her M.D. at Tufts University School of Medicine, and her undergraduate degree at Brown University. Dr. Sakamoto was raised on Oahu and is excited to return home to serve the Windward community.
